Booking terms
The small print, in plain words.
Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to every booking made on this website or on WhatsApp.
Bookings
A booking reserves the number of seats shown on your confirmation for the named walk and date. Seats are held for the period shown at checkout and released automatically if payment is not received in that time. A booking is confirmed only when Lahore ka Ravi has verified the payment and sent a confirmation.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Any foreign currency shown is an approximation for convenience and the rupee amount is what is charged. Ticket tiers (adult, student, child, international guest) are checked on the day; please bring the relevant ID.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the walk for a full refund or a credit for any future walk. Inside 48 hours we will move you to another date once, free of charge. No-shows are not refunded. If we cancel a walk, you receive a full refund or a free move, at your choice. Refunds are returned to the account they came from within seven working days.
On the walk
Walks take place on public streets and in living neighbourhoods. Please follow your host's guidance, respect residents and places of worship, and dress modestly where asked. Lahore ka Ravi may photograph walks for its own channels; tell your host if you would rather not appear.
Liability
You join a walk at your own risk. Lahore ka Ravi takes reasonable care in planning routes but is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage beyond what the law requires. Please tell us about any medical condition that may affect you on the day.
