The package

What is included in the package?+

Every LKR experience includes an Expert Storyteller cultural guide and expert facilitators, entry tickets to all the historical sites on the route, and refreshments along the way.

Are entry tickets to the monuments covered?+

Yes. Entry tickets for all the historical sites featured on your chosen route are included in the package price, so there is no need to pay separately at each stop.

Do you provide food or refreshments?+

Refreshments are included. Full meals and any additional food beyond what is specified in your package are not covered, unless it is a Food Tour, where the tastings are the experience.

What is not included?+

Anything outside what is listed in your package: additional activities, extra food, personal expenses, and gratuities.

Are tips expected?+

Tips are not included in the package and are entirely at your discretion, but always appreciated by our Storytellers.

Is a guide always included?+

Yes. Every tour is led by an Expert Storyteller and, for larger or bespoke groups, expert facilitators, bringing the history and stories to life at every stop.

Booking and practicalities

How do I book a tour?+

Bookings are made through our website. Pick a date on the Upcoming walks page and tap Book. We recommend booking in advance, as spots on our walks are limited.

How do I pay?+

Tickets are sold through High Tribe, our ticketing partner. Tap Book on any date and you will complete payment there. For private tours, schools and companies, we send payment details directly.

What are the group sizes?+

We keep our walks intimate so everyone can hear the stories and ask questions. For schools, organisations, or private groups, we arrange bespoke tours tailored to your numbers.

Where do the tours start?+

Each route has its own meeting point, which we share with you once your booking is confirmed. Most walks begin in or around the Walled City.

How long do the walks last?+

Most walks run a few hours, depending on the route. Exact timings are shared at the time of booking.

What should I wear and bring?+

Comfortable walking shoes are a must, as our routes cover narrow lanes and uneven ground. We also suggest modest clothing, as many sites are places of worship, plus water and a camera.

Are the tours suitable for children and elders?+

Most of our walks are family-friendly, though some involve a fair bit of walking. Let us know your group's needs and we will recommend the best route.

Do you offer private or customised tours?+

Yes. We design bespoke experiences for families, schools, corporate groups and organisations. Get in touch and we will build something around you.

What happens if it rains?+

In case of bad weather we reschedule your walk to another suitable date, and we always keep you informed ahead of time.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+

Yes. Cancel up to 48 hours before the walk for a full refund or a credit for any future walk. Inside 48 hours we can move you to another date once, free of charge. No-shows are not refunded. (Placeholder window, to be confirmed by the client.)

What languages are the tours in?+

Our walks are conducted in Urdu and English. Let us know your preference when booking.
